James Fidanza
James is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) and a strong passion for improving mobility, function, and overall well-being across a variety of healthcare settings.
Beyond clinical work, James is actively involved in research, leading a project titled “Establishing a Consensus Definition of Agility in Older Adults: A Delphi Study.” This initiative aims to enhance the understanding of agility in aging populations, ultimately contributing to better health outcomes. The study is set for completion in 2024, with its findings expected to be published in 2025.
With a commitment to both hands-on patient care and advancing physiotherapy research, James strives to help individuals regain confidence in movement and achieve their health goals.
Hobbies Outside of work, you’ll find James staying active at the gym, running, or snowboarding.
Fun fact: James has completed two marathons and one ultramarathon, always pushing the limits of endurance!
